Welcome to the EntourAGE Advisory Team! We are a passionate group of individuals dedicated to improving the lives older adults, especially those living with dementia. Our team is composed of experts from various backgrounds, each bringing their unique skills and experiences to the table.
Natasha Poushinsky
Education
Natasha Poushinsky is the Director of Strategy and Planning at Bruyere located in Ottawa, Ontario. For over twenty years, she have led and managed progressively complex projects across multiple health sectors and systems, which have led her to career positions and consulting projects in government, hospital, and community settings across Ontario Health – East region, Ontario and Canada.
Carole Green
Dementia
Carole Greene is the Director of Client Experience & Engagement at the Dementia Society of Ottawa and Renfrew County (DSORC). Her expertise lies in both personal and professional experiences within the community support sector. In her previous role as a Manager with a large Community Support Organization, she worked directly with front-line staff, medical professionals,care partner, and individuals living with dementia in a wide variety of programs.
Zoe Kirschner
Dementia
Zoe Kirschner is a program coordinator at the Dementia Society of Ottawa and Renfrew County (DSROC). She manages mulitple program at DSORC that revovle around providing support, activities and services to individual living with dementia. Two recent program Zoe has been spearheading in the recent years is the “Make A Connection” and “The Social”.

Gweneth Gowanlock
Lived Experience Advisor
Gweneth Gowanlock is person with lived and living experience with dementia. As a care partner for nearly ten years, Gweneth cared for her husband, who was diagnosed with frontotemporal lobe dementia. She retired early from a senior executive role at Health Canada after 25 years in policy and management. Currently is the co-chair of the Champlain Dementia Network located in Ottawa, Ontario.
Mary Beth Wighton
Lived Experience Advisor
Mary Beth Wighton (she/her) is an international dementia advocate who has greatly influenced the Canadian landscape and government policies as it pertains to dementia and human rights. Diagnosed at the age of 46 with probable frontotemporal dementia, she has worked hard to ensure the voices of lived experience is heard. She is a Behavioural Supports Ontario Provincial Lived Experience Facilitator.
